Mahasarakham University Planning to minimize physical, chemical and biological alterations of related aquatic ecosystems. The 20-year national water resources strategic plan (2018-2038) by Office of the National Water Resources, Thailand is divided into practice agencies related to 5 Ministries, namely the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Ministry of Digital Economy and Society and Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), with Mahasarakham University as one of them.
