In 2022, The National Water Resources Office and MSU collaborate with project namely “Environmental Impact Assessment and Monitoring Project on Cross Borders from Hydroelectric Power Projects in the Mekong River by grant year 2022” This Project to strengthen civil society network groups in 8 provinces its flow through by Mekong river to engage with local communities to preserve the aquatic ecology in a participatory manner, This collaboration was created to provide community and civil society members with information, understanding, and awareness of changes in the Mekong River’s water flow systems, ecosystems and fishery monitoring. A establishing a network of collaboration between the government and the people’s sector, as well as a model region for combining local knowledge with academic concepts to devise a strategy for dealing with and adapting to change, leading in wisdom in communal problem-solving., On 18 Oct. 2022, the project to held a forum to exchange ideas and disseminate the results of the 3nd years with stakeholders (online meeting)
