Have a policy, process or practice on waste disposal covering hazardous materials
Mahasarakham university have policy and process on waste disposal especially the hazardous waste from the laboratory. The division of Buildings and Grounds of university take the responsibility on disposal and cooperation with every department to collect, check, and carefully dispose the hazardous waste.
In 2022, Mahasarakham University surveyed and collected hazardous waste which includes chemicals from the laboratory, expired chemicals, other wastes from the laboratory, light bulbs, batteries, etc. All of these will be properly and legally disposed of. The division of Buildings and Grounds of university, dispose of deteriorated and used chemicals from the laboratory. Fiscal year 2022, on 22 August 2022.
