The research topic of ecology and diversity in fauna and flora including cricket in mainland Southeast Asia, giant water bug and new species of black fly in Thailand, <em>Gekko petricolus<\/em> and <em>Dixonius<\/em> sp. (Squamata, Gekkonidae), a new species and a new record of <em>Curcuma<\/em> and <em>Kaempferia<\/em> (Zingiberaceae) in Thailand.
